What to know before the walkthrough.
How much does it cost, and how do you bill?
The walkthrough is free. The diagnostic runs 45,000 to 75,000 pesos depending on company size and number of sites, and half of it is credited toward the build if you sign within 30 days. Builds have a fixed price per deliverable; the monthly plan, on a 12-month contract, is billed by service level, not by the hour. You pay licenses directly to the vendor, and some services add usage at cost, such as pages processed or call minutes. Prices are in MXN before VAT; estimates are confirmed in the proposal.
What size company is this for?
The diagnostic is designed for owners and CEOs of companies with 50 to 250 employees who want clarity before investing. If your company is smaller or larger, bring it up during the walkthrough and we'll see whether it makes sense.
Do I have to switch systems?
Usually not. We start from what you already have: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Claude, ChatGPT, or your ERP, whether it's CONTPAQi, Aspel, or Odoo. If your system doesn't connect to anything, we build the connector or a bot that operates it, installed on site with your IT lead or your reseller; a bot needs monthly maintenance because interfaces change.
Does everything have to involve AI?
No. We use the minimum technology that solves the problem: automation, a dashboard, a financial model, an assistant, or an agent. An agent only comes in when there are multi-step decisions, with limited tools, an activity log, and human approval for risky decisions. Sometimes the best answer is "I wouldn't automate this."
What happens to my data and privacy?
Everything starts in read-only mode, and a person approves before anything is sent, paid, or shared. We sign a data protection agreement under Mexico's federal data protection law (LFPDPPP), and your e.firma (your Mexican tax e-signature) never leaves your own computers. We tell you in writing which platforms process data outside Mexico instead of promising your data stays in the country.
What if it doesn't work?
The diagnostic comes with a guarantee: if the prototype doesn't run on your data at the day-9 results session, you don't pay the second half. Builds are accepted against criteria we sign before we start, along with the scope and the metric, and the 30 days of stabilization after go-live are included.
What do I keep if we ever stop working together?
Your data stays in your account, and licenses stay in your name. If you ever leave, you take your data, your configuration, and whatever was built specifically for you. We build on open standards so it can move to another platform.
Who maintains it once the project is done?
We do, through a monthly plan: monitoring, bug fixes, and updates when models and platforms change. It starts the month something goes into production, and every build includes an operations manual and training for your team.
What do you need from my team?
For the walkthrough, the owner or CEO should be there. During the diagnostic we work alongside the CEO, 3 to 5 department heads, and the people who do the work. The access list (ERP exports, a CFDI download run by your accountant on your own infrastructure, and 30 minutes with whoever manages the server) is signed off in the proposal.
Do you work outside Mexico City?
Yes. The walkthrough can happen by video call or on site, and in the proposal we agree on how the diagnostic will work based on your operation and location.
