Before
You pick a day and time. We ask what your business does and how many people work there.
During
60–90 min
We walk through the operation with you and with the people who do the work. We ask what report you expect each month and what happens if a key person is out.
After
Within 48 hours we send you a page with three things we noticed and, if it makes sense, a diagnostic proposal.

What to know before the walkthrough.
How much does it cost, and how do you bill?
The walkthrough is free. The diagnostic runs 45,000 to 75,000 pesos depending on company size and number of sites, and half of it is credited toward the build if you sign within 30 days. Builds have a fixed price per deliverable; the monthly plan, on a 12-month contract, is billed by service level, not by the hour. You pay licenses directly to the vendor, and some services add usage at cost, such as pages processed or call minutes. Prices are in MXN before VAT; estimates are confirmed in the proposal.
What size company is this for?
The diagnostic is designed for owners and CEOs of companies with 50 to 250 employees who want clarity before investing. If your company is smaller or larger, bring it up during the walkthrough and we'll see whether it makes sense.
What do you need from my team?
For the walkthrough, the owner or CEO should be there. During the diagnostic we work alongside the CEO, 3 to 5 department heads, and the people who do the work. The access list (ERP exports, a CFDI download run by your accountant on your own infrastructure, and 30 minutes with whoever manages the server) is signed off in the proposal.
Do you work outside Mexico City?
Yes. The walkthrough can happen by video call or on site, and in the proposal we agree on how the diagnostic will work based on your operation and location.
